Observed counter top damaged inside kitchen in need of repair. (repair pending) (#22) Disposable towels shall be provided at all hand washing sinks. 15A NCAC 18A .2818 (d). Observed paper towel dispenser not operating (dead batteries) in bathroom inside (toddler) room. (#29) All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). Observed aerosol room air freshener stored in unlocked cabinet in (pre-school 3) classroom.
