Observed hot water in both infant rooms measuring above 110F (113-115F). #17 Hot water at areas accessible to children shall not exceed 120°F. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e). Observed door knob to kitchen broken allowing access to 120F+ water at 3 compartment sink; (repair pending; staff recommended to obtain latch that can be locked with lock and key until repair can be made). #27 Keep the diaper changing table free of non-diaper changing related storage. 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (b). Observed misc storage on diaper changing area in 2's room in need of removal / proper storing.
