New restroom installed. Spray pad holding tank < 10,000 gallons. Women's restroom - 4 Water closets and 2 sinks. Men's restroom - 2 Water closets, 2 urinals and 2 sinks. The permit will be issued once we receive documentation that the mirrors in the restrooms are shatterproof.
