16 - Door on backside of women's restroom with cardboard in door to prevent it from self-latching. Removed during the inspection. Doors shall remain self-closing, self-latching. 22 - Emergency phone located at left side of wave pool with emergency response hard to hear. Pushed line into phone and addressed low tone. Monitor and replace if worsens. 26 - Recommend labeling the bubbler return. Permit issued for no night swimming. State permit provided. Sticker will be mailed. Inspection completed with JJ Sexton. No signature due to covid restrictions.
