General Comments

Intent to Suspend issued for .2524/.2537 - repair light for night swimming approval. Angela Beaver present during the inspection along with Aaron Cress/Ross Thomas. Pool was not open at time of inspection due to rain. Operator stated that two lifeguards are present while pool is open to the public. Pool required, per local ordinance, to be lifeguarded. No ring buoy on the pool deck. Provide either two lifeguards, or lifeguard with USCG approved ring buoy (50 ft. rope), on pool deck at all times the pool is open to the public. Permit will not be issued until ITS is resolved. Permit Restrictions: 1) FLOW METER SHALL REMAIN OPERABLE WITH FLOW AT 2388 GPM TO 2600 GPM TO MEET TURNOVER AND FLOW RESTRICTION OF ORIGINAL PLAN APPROVAL/DRAIN COVERS. 2) MAX CAPACITY OF POOL AT 23 PERSONS DUE TO LIMITATIONS ON RESTROOMS AVAILABLE TO PUBLIC.
