22 - General Comment - Emergency phone not visible upon entry to pool. Additional wording added to pool rules sign to indicate that phone is located near pump room. Corrected during inspection. Set point on pumps at 1500 RPM. Permit Restriction not to exceed 1600 rpm. Onsite visit to pool for inspection for a for in-field plan review for replacement of sumps. Observed drain covers installed match submittal. PDSC form indicates 4 sets of drains. In-field plan review approved. Local permit number - 600289
