17 - Hose for handicap lift sticking out of ground - presents trip hazard. Facility has cone in place over hose. Keep cone over hose to eliminate trip hazard. 24 - Flow meters for vortex, slide, and feature area do not seem to be functioning. Equipment was operating with no flow. Not required per rule.
