Note: Paddock drain covers installed. January 2020 requires recertification of drain covers, per Paddock requirements. Provide documentation that drain cover screws were replaced after 7 years from installation. Record keeping shows screws replaced in 2016. 17 - Hose for handicap lift sticking out of ground - presents trip hazard. Facility has cone in place over hose. Keep cone over hose to eliminate trip hazard. 23 - Operator not present at time of inspection. Chlorinator and acid feeder not verified at time of inspection. Ensure automated systems detect flow and turn off when pump turns off. Note: > 25 ft. between depth markers near step entry to slide area. Public does not have access to islands on either side. Depth is 3 1/2 ft. Note: Motor for pump 2 appears new. Per operator, pump motor was re-painted and a seal replaced. Motor was not replaced. If replaced, ensure proper permits are pulled and finaled.
