.2528(a) Gate latches located at less than 54" shall require the use of key, combination lock or card reader or be located on the inside of the gate at least three inches below the top of the gate with no greater than 1/2" within 18" of latch mechanism. Observed gap near latch, that is less than 54”, where someone can stick their arm in to open the latch. CDI operator moved steel mesh to close the gap and prevent easy access to pool. |
