General Comments

Lori Greer present during the inspection. No signature due to covid restrictions. Immediate Suspension issued for chlorine levels. Maintain at least 1.0 ppm. Once corrected, contact Katie Rudisill at 704-309-5494 to schedule a return visit to reopen your spa. Note: Pool main drains expire in July 2021. Drains shall be changed out by July 2021 with a new PDSC form for approval.
