General Comments

Observed that equalizer lines are plugged inside both skimmers; however, EHS also observed Aquastar 6HP covers on pool wall. Pool visit history does indicate that equalizer lines were required to be plugged inside skimmers (& below skimmers) after the initial pool permit was issued and hotel chief engineer remembers that the pool contractor was required to drain and plug equalizer lines. PDSC form dated 11/28/16 and approved 12/2/16 does not reflect that equalizer lines were plugged at all nor does PDSC spread sheet. L. Boyes unable to determine if Aquastar 6HP covers were left for cosmetic reasons. EHS to refer to K. Wilson. GC #7 Observed some soil/ residue on pool wall tiles. ** Clean
