PIC stated they sometimes par cook chicken in this manner. CDI EHS educated on proper procedures to be able to par cook. Chicken was voluntarily discarded. |

Observed a few cracked and missing portions of tiles. Observed many replaced. Concrete exposed around drain in floor in need of filling in and one piece of tile. Repeat no points taken because of work done. |
