4-501.19 During manual warewashing, maintain the wash solution at a minimum of 110F or as otherwise allowed by the detergent manufacturer label. -Pf - Observed hot water at 3 compartment sink only reach 105F during active manual warewashing. Cold water does not turn off when faucet is closed, thus preventing a minimum water temperature of 110F to be maintained. Hot water at handsink observed above 120F. Contact plumber to fix issue so that cold water turns off when faucet is closed. - VR - Verification required within 10 days. |
