Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825. Observed stained carpet throughout the building. Much improvement has been made since last inspection. Carpet has been cleaned. Center is in the process of changing out the carpet, replacing light fixtures, painting etc.... |
