Observed items with freeze dates but no thaw dates. For example: chili freeze date 1/10, pulled out on Monday, and chicken freeze date 02/15, pulled out on yesterday. CDI- Educated PIC that freezing stops date marking and when items are removed from freezer a date needs to be added to ensure item is not held past 7 days. Items were dated. |
