PIC stated that the sandwiches came from a larger batch in the WIC. EHS observed the larger batches but the sausage egg and cheese biscuits without date marking. PIC stated that the sausage egg and cheese biscuits were made on Monday with the rest of the sandwiches. All TCS food items must be date marked even when coming from larger batches. -CDI- PIC correctly date marked the necessary items.
