Observed the bottom of the drink machine next to drive through with mildew accumulation underneath the wire rack. Observed the drain line that is wrapping around the wall at the back of the facility above chemicals with soil accumulation on piping. All non food contact items shall be cleaned at a frequency to maintain clean.
General Comment: Also observed a torn gasket in the prep bottom on the drive through side. All gaskets shall be maintained in good repair. |
