4-501.114 Maintain sanitizer at correct concentrations when being used to sanitize. -P Observed Quat sanitizer at 3 comp sink below 100 ppm. EHS and PIC figured out that there has to be sufficient water pressure for Quat dispenser to work correctly. CDI PIC demonstrated increasing water pressure to obtain 200 ppm Quat sanitizer. REPEAT Points not escalated due to PIC demonstrating long term corrections
