General CommentsInspection occurred at 20419 N Main ST, Cornelius, NC 28031 (parking lot of Tire Doctor.) Location and Hours of operation were provided directly to EHS Michael Hackworth by PIC via phone. Note: EHS observed multiple uncut and unwashed portions of nonTCS produce (tomatoes, avocados, onions, wrapped lettuce heads, etc.) in rail MFU with stickers still attached. EHS advised that produce be fully washed at commissary prior to storage on MFU, with stickers and debris fully removes, and stored in refrigeration to better facilitate cold holding and cooling if needed (I.E. maintaining tomatoes cut on MFU at 41F.)
