CDI-EHS and PIC diluted and EHS showed how to properly dilute and test. |

6-501.11 Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair. Observed floor sinking on the inside and the metal panels are no longer flush, outside of MFU is in disrepair, they have tape around the window. The ceiling is sinking, possibly from water damage. MFU needs some repairs. |
