If facility wishes to use utility sink as hand sink, one side could be for hand washing only and the other side could be used for chemicals. If utility sink is to be used as hand sink, one or both sides must be equipped with soap, paper towels, and a hand washing sign at all times. This must be implemented by October 1, 2018.
