Use warm water, soap, scrub 15 secs, rinse, and dry without recontaminating hands. -P Observed employee wash hands and then turn off the faucet without using a barrier which recontaminated her hands. CDI-employee rewashed her hands. EHS explained to employee why a barrier was needed. |
