General CommentsPer Owner, Amparo Silink, La Romero Meat market will be closing and relocating to a new area in 1 to 2 months. During Inspection EHS observed that half of the meat display case had been removed and is no longer in use; the removal of equipment does not hinder the daily production of the meat market. If the establishment has not closed then the absence of the equipment and the equipment that still continues to be apart of the meat market needs be reevaluated. Per PIC, Adilene, owner is looking to expand Alicia’s restaurant; owner should contact MCPH before any expansions. La Romero Market Permit has been Suspended due to insufficient hot water temperature. Observed in bakery area two propane tanks and two camping styling stove tops cooking food for employees.
