4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair. Observed gasket on middle walk in cooler in warehouse area of kitchen in need of replacing. New gasket has been ordered. Observed walk in cooler across from Chef’s office not operating. PIC is currently having cooler repaired for a coolant leak. Cooler is necessary for full operation. Currently, there is plenty of refrigeration for the reduced capacity. |
