No demerits were issued for the following: 12. Observed refrigerator in need of cleaning in Summer Camp room. **Keep all non-food contact surfaces and equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2812 (f) and .2809 (1) and (3). 21. Observed loose toilet seat in Busy Bee's. Needs to be tightened. **Keep toilets and urinals clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2817 (a). 33. Observed one torn sheet on the crib in the infant room. Needs to be replaced. **Individual linen must be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2821 (f). 34. Observed build up on doll in Cuddle Bugs rooms. Needs to be cleaned. Doll was removed. **Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b). 37. Observed paint in need of touching up in PreK room. Room is currently being used as storage for the summer. **Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825.
