No demerits were issued for the following: 12. Observed microwave was debris in Cuddle Bugs room. Microwave was cleaned out by staff during inspection. **Keep all food service equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2812 (f) 37. Observed ceiling tiles bowing in Cuddle Bugs room above area were kids were napping. Ensure that tiles are set back in place. Observed water stained ceiling tile in Little Koala's room. Needs to be replaced to ensure that leak is not ongoing. **Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825.
