No Demerits Issued: 29. Observed chemicals stored in dry storage on the bottom rack. Spoke with staff about relocating chemicals behind lock and key. Chemicals will be moved to laundry room. **All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). 32. Observed one torn mat in classroom. Replacement mat was provided. **Keep all mats, cots, and cribs clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2821 (a). 34. Observed cushion on bench with a small hole in classroom. Needs to be repaired. **Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b).
