Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed hand sanitizer, Clorox wipes, and aerosol Lysol in reach of children throughout school. EHS advises school to store toxic material according to manufacturers label that states “keep out of reach of children”.
