Observed 3 classrooms with hazardous item storage cabinets left unlocked, cabinets contained many aerosols and cleaners. CDI cabinets locked during inspection. (#30) Approved non-hazardous products must be stored 5ft above the floor or behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b), (c ) and (d). Observed disinfectant and sanitizer stored below 5ft inside classroom (#2); CDI disinfectant and sanitizer moved to approved location above 5ft.
