No Points Deducted: 11. Observed some classrooms with hazardous items stored within reach of the children. Store items labeled with the phrase "Keep out of Reach of Children" on a high shelf. Keep all doors to custodial closets locked. Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Note: Hot water in 1st floor hallway restrooms observed at 130 F, Best practice is to temper hot water in student accessible restrooms to less than 110 F.
