3-307.11 Protect food from contamination sources not specifically noted by code. Observed Siberian frozen pork dumplings being self served to customers without monitoring or barrier. Customers also observed coming back into kitchen to look at candy shelf placed in middle of kitchen. Owner was advised to protect food by having employee dispense/get food for customer if not able to be monitored at all times and to not let unauthorized people in the kitchen. |
