NO POINTS WERE TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING: #1/3 - Observed water damage to wall and floor under hand sink in snack kitchen. **Keep all flooring in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1309 (a) and (b). **Keep all walls and ceilings clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1310. #8 - Observed cleaning needed in toilet of unoccupied room 507, in rooms 712 and 709, and on urinal in men's gym bathroom. **Keep all toilet equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1312 (b). #14 - Observed no disinfectant present in gym for shower areas. EHS advised that a hospital grade, EPA approved disinfectant be stored in gym storage or office area. **A cleaning detergent and an EPA registered hospital disinfectant shall be accessible to all bathing areas. 15A NCAC 18A .1312 (f). #28 - Observed box of single-service plates and cups being stored on the floor in storage closet of multipurpose room. **All patient care or consumable items shall be stored at least 8 inches above the floor. 15A NCAC 18A .1318 (a).
