No Points Deducted Today: 15. Observed no backflow preventers on the shower wands in the gym. Provide. Cross-connections with sewage lines, non-potable water supplies, or other potential sources of contamination are prohibited. 15A NCAC 18A .1313 (d). 16. Observed an incomplete backup water supply plan. Provide a written plan that meets all parts of 15A NCAC 18A .1313 (f). Backup Water Supply Plan Checklist handout emailed. 27. Observed last rabies record for therapy dog dated 12/12/17. Update shots and provide record. Maintain adequate vet records for all animals. 15A NCAC 18A .1317 (f). 34. Observed clean linen stored in open bags in the laundry room and in an open plastic bag stored on the floor directly beside dirty clothes hampers. Follow the rule below. Clean linen shall be stored and handled in a separate room or area, or in another manner that will prevent contamination of clean linen. 15A NCAC 18A .1319 (b). **NOTE: Facility is using the purple top disinfectant wipes to clean the counter tops and other food contact surfaces in the learning kitchen. Upon reading through the back of the product, there is nothing stating that it is okay to be used on food contact surfaces. **SUGGESTION: Obtain sanitizer from the kitchen or make up a bleach and water sanitizer solution per the handout that has been emailed.
