General Comments

No points taken. Repairs made from last inspection and repairs currently in progress. Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed five water stained ceiling tiles in school. Custodian has had ceilings checked for leaks and work orders placed. Serviceman visited this weekend for repairs and ordering and are in the process of changing tiles.

Observed two custodian closets/offices with chemicals stored inside left unlocked. Observed aerosol sprays, cleaners, and disinfectant wipes stored accessible to children in many classrooms. Toxic materials shall be stored to avoid health hazards.
