No points were deducted for the following: 5. Observed short run time on hand washing sink in the upstairs boys’ restroom. Run time was around 5 seconds. Needs to be at least 15 seconds. **Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b). 8. Observed dead insects in the light shields in the stairwell and in room C3. **All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b).
