Observed most foods in cold drawer units nearest fry basket and walk in cooler out of cold holding temperature such as wings, ribs, deviled eggs, blue cheese, cooked spinach, and Alfredo sauce (see temperature chart). Items were observed in unit over night so items were discarded. VR-A verification visit will be conducted within 3 days to check that TCS items in cold drawers maintain 41F or below. -REPEAT VIOLATION- |
