4-501.114 Maintain sanitizer at correct concentrations when being used to sanitize. -P Quat sanitizer bag empty at 3 compartment sink. Was unable to connect new bag. PIC changed to chlorine. Washed items from earlier rewashed in chlorine sanitizer. PIC will contact REHS when quat sanititizer bag connection repaired.
