General Comments

Inspection completed with Gilmer Fernandez present. Intent to suspend permit issued for non operational flow meter. Correct within 30 days or permit may be suspended. Lawson Main Drains expire 8/1/2026. The Paddock Main Drains will have to be evaluated after the 10 year date(8/1/2026) for any damage, and the evaluation recorded. This must then be done once a year thereafter and recorded. The screws must be replaced with stainless steel screws every 7 years and this must be recorded. Permit Restrictions: Lock on filter required. Flow meter shall not exceed 450 GPM due to filter size restriction. Lock valve on pump required at all times for backwash and filtration. Doors to deck must remain permanently locked. Note- some depth markers at sun shelf are peeling/beginning to peel. Replace as needed.
