STICKER ISSUED. PAPER PERMIT WILL BE AVAILABLE ONLINE AND MUST BE PRINTED OUT TO POST WHERE IT IS VISABLE FROM THE POOL DECK AREA. POOL IS NOT APPROVED FOR NIGHT SWIMMING. IF NIGHT SWIMMING IS DESIRED, A NIGHT SWIMMING EVALUATION MUST BE PERFORMED. CONTACT C. ELMORE AT 704-507-6814 FOR THIS EVALUATION IF NIGHT SWIMMING IS DESIRED. “issuance of a permit by this department does not negate closure required by Executive Order No. 120, 138, or subsequent Orders in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.” NO SIGNATURE WAS OBTAINED DUE TO COVID-19 SOCIAL DISTANCING POOL HAS PASSED INSPECTION. THERE IS DISPUTE REGARDING A PUMP THAT WAS CHANGED OUT. THE POOL FEATURE PUMP IN THE PUMP ROOM IS CURRENTLYA 2HP HAYWARD HCP30203 WITH 3 INCH RETURN PIPE AND 3 INCH SUCTION PIPE. THIS IS NOT THE PUMP LISTED IN THE PDSC FORMS MCHD HAS ON FILE. CPO STATED HE NOTIFIED MCHD OF THE CHANGE. C. SELLS WAS CONTACTED REGARDING THE ISSUE. THE PUMP DOES NOT CREATE A SUCTION HAZARD. THIS WAS NOT TAKEN AS A VIOLATION ON THIS INSPECTION, BUT CPO WAS PUT IN TOUCH WITH C. SELLS TO CORRECT THE ISSUE. NO PERMIT ACTION TAKEN AT THIS TIME BUT CPO WAS ADVISED POOL WILL BE CLOSED IF ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED.
