Soap and individual towels or approved hand-drying devices shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (c).- Observed no soap available at one of a dispenser in boy restroom modular building. One dispenser is out of battery in girl restroom main building, batteries replace at the time of inspection. Ensure to provide all hand washing supplies at all hand sinks at all time. - Maintenance: Milton King present at the time of inspection
