Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed stained ceiling tiles in main building inside of custodial and electrical closets. EHS advises school to ensure no active leak is occurring and to replace stained ceiling tiles. Per conversation with Mr. King, the leak has been repaired. |

Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed several cans of aerosol disinfectant in special students classroom in reach of children. EHS advises school to store toxic materials according to manufacturers guidance that states “keep out of reach of children” |
