6-501.11 Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair. Observed several ceiling tiles in kitchen with water rings, missing tile in locker room area and storage area and broken tiles around yellow metal pipe in kitchen. One light cover in kitchen has one corner unclipped. PIC stated ceiling will be repaired after maintenance crew finishes putting up cameras. |
