Observed items stored on floor in a manner that does not permit thorough cleaning in cafeteria storage room. Needs cleaning/organization. Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed stained ceiling tiles outside office in back of building on bottom floor of old gym building. Needs to be checked for leaks and replaced.
