No points deducted Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed paint damage in unused classroom in music hall. Needs repair. (School director stated the order had already been placed for repair. Damage came from a leak in the ceiling.
