Observed PIC washing hands at dumpsink, chemical bottles hanging from handsink and basket of aprons being stored in front of sink. CDI- Educated PIC on only washing hands at handsink, not storing items on handsink and keeping sink unblocked. Chemical bottles were removed and basket was moved. |

General Comment. 6-305.11/6-501.110 Designate and use an area for the orderly storage of employees' clothing and possessions.
Observed water bottle and pack of cigarettes being stored next to items used to make coffee and above coffee machine. Also observed a phone charging on top of container of salt and personal drink being stored on prep table. Spoke to PIC about designating a separate area for employees possessions. |
