4-501.114 Maintain sanitizer at correct concentrations when being used to sanitize. -P Observed quat sanitizer set up at 3 comp sink at 0 ppm. Water temp was 110F. Employee did not know how to properly work the sanitizer dispenser . CDI PIC made a fresh sink of sanitizer that was between 200 -300 ppm Quat. REPEAT
