4-501.114 Maintain sanitizer at correct concentrations when being used to sanitize. -P Observed Quat sanitizer in set up 3 comp sink at 0 ppm. Sanitizer bag was empty and water was 110F. CDI EHS educated PIC on water temp for sanitizer and PIC replaced sanitizer bag. EHS verified sanitizer is now approximately 300 ppm.
