Observed emergency telephone functioning properly when dialing 911 (correct information is on file). The phone could not be connected to when attempting to call the emergency phone number. Ensure the phone is capable of sending and receiving calls. Return visit in 10 days to ensure emergency phone is capable of receiving calls. Visit conducted with Chris Brackett present. No signature due to COVID. Note: CONSTRUCTION VISIT REQUIRED - 2021. PROJECT 424653 - POOL AMENITY REVIEW FOR THE RESTROOMS AND BOTH AQUA LOUNGES. NO PLUMBING WORK DONE. Work has not begun on project yet, expected to begin work in November 2021.
