Observed a line of deck chairs at the end of the pool to be only 4 feet away from the water edge. Items must be at least six feet away from the water edge for safety should someone trip and fall. That way they do not strike the head in the fall, and tumble into the water to drown. This exact violation was recored on the inspection dated 3/26/19 and was noted to have been corrected on 4/26/19. Items were moved to safe locations giving 6 feet of clearance around the pool edge. Do not move items back into improper positions around the pool. Failure to respect this rule will result in permit suspension and pool closure. No permit action taken. |
