6-501.11 Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair. Observed damage to the wall behind the 3 compartment sink. Facility tried to repair this by bolting plastic sheeting to the wall. However, the plastic sheeting is now allowing water to saturate the wall underneath. No point elevation because facility is actively working towards fixing this issue. |
